No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools. Only the embedded YouTube video can set cookies, and only after you start it (see below). Fonts are served from our own server, so no data is sent to font providers.

Hosting

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. To deliver the website and protect it against attacks, Cloudflare processes technical connection data such as your IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access. This data is not used to identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). YouTube video

Our company video is hosted on YouTube, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. The video is only loaded when you press play. Until then no connection to YouTube is made. Once you start it, YouTube receives your IP address and technical data and may set cookies; we use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The legal basis is your consent by pressing play (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Details: policies.google.com/privacy.

Contact by email

If you email us, we process your email address and the content of your message to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We delete the data once it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

This website links to external websites, for example press articles. Data is only transferred to those providers once you click a link. Their own privacy policies apply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). To exercise these rights, email us at office@acticell.at.
